The project included demo of existing concrete sidewalk and patio area, site regrading and removal, installation of clean fill, waterproof existing foundation on building, installation of concrete footings for 20ft by 20ft concrete pergola, installation of drainage piping, installation of catch basin drainage structure, installation of Walpole outdoor pergola, installation and design layout of bluestone patio,loam and hydroseed at completion of project.
