Cassidy Landscaping was awarded the project at Fitchburg State university under MSCBA. The project included clearing of certain trees on site, demo of existing concrete sidewalks, stairs, railings, site regrading and removal, installation of clean fill, waterproof existing foundation on building, Installation of concrete cheek walls(300 ft), installation of heated concrete walkway (400 ft), installation of heated concrete steps(16ft wide with approx. 16 steps), installation of concrete in two plaza areas on campus(Mara buildings 40ft by 40ft), installation of commercial railings, installation of drainage, installation of catch basin drainage, installation of plantings/trees and native plug plantings, installation of concrete footings for call boxes, installation of structural soil for ADA path to dining hall, asphalt patching along street, installation of granite curbing, loam and hydroseed at completion of project.
